TMG Well being, which processes insurance coverage claims for IU Well being, says that they’ve found a safety vulnerability of their MOVEit Switch software program.
IU Well being Plans had been notified of the incident on June 22 and instantly started an inner investigation. They found that an unauthorized get together had downloaded knowledge that included member names, member identification numbers, efficient dates of plans and, in some situations, banking account and routing numbers.
Affected members had been notified on Aug. 4 and TMG will present free credit score monitoring to anybody who was affected within the breach.
